• Recruitment, on-boarding and exit clearance
• Payroll administration and income tax filing
• Benefits administration including leave, insurance, medical/dental/transport and other welfare claims
• Expatriate management including application and renewal of employment/dependent passes and membership, liaise with house hunting, and tax clearance
• HR maintenance include HR database and employees’ personal records
• Liaise with relevant government authorities on employment and payroll related matters
• Work closely with respective agencies on work permit and payroll issues
• Update HR policies and Employee Handbook
• Organize welfare activities including company events
- Manage daily operations of the accounting department, especially in production
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Manage a team, about 8 staffs
