• Handling secretarial duties, reception, telephone and mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration;
• Assistance to management in practical matters, general affairs and administration;
• Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, cleaning services;
• Organizations of meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering, lunches;
• Arrangement of special events and occasions, in cooperation with the manager and other colleagues.
• Make delivery plan for customers.
• Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer to satisfy customer requirements.
• Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers
• Control & manage NG & replace to customers
• Be responsible to place PO to suppliers; follow up, control this category of materials in order to meet timing and reliability of company.
• Base on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials, in accordance with purchasing procedure and company’s policies.
• Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the work flow process run smoothly.
• Other related job will be adjusted and assigned by manager.
• Report to Section Manager.
