●Grips the requirement for samples, molds.
●Analyze, plan, and manage production control activities to improve runtime.
●Review production plan to identify risks and communicate the same to Manager.
●Plan inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses.
●Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
●Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives.
●Analyze customer orders and establish production schedules for timely delivery.
●Review change orders and execute them appropriately.
●Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.
●Ensure that staffs follow company policies and safety procedures.
●Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for each order.
●Monitor the execution of job orders and adjust production schedule for timely delivery.
●Develop positive relationship with staffs and customer to meet productivity goals.
●Negotiate job orders with customers based on equipment capacity and material availability.
●Analyze current and backlog job orders and accordingly develop production plan and schedules.
●Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning problems.
●Studying and troubleshooting PLM based software (ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE etc)
●Support sales team for software demonstration, creating feature based technical illustration
●Translating PLM based software related training documents from English to Vietnamese
●Execute marketing programs with software vendors to support the overall products strategy and corporate objectives
●Analyze current market research and competitor strategies
●Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a brand plan of action based on product profile, market dynamics, as well as competitive landscape and intelligence
●Implement promotional campaigns timely
●Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
●Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
●Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters flyers, news letters, e-news letters etc…
●Reporting on market situation
●Understanding about products to be able to explain to clients
●Identify market opportunities and targeting customers through competitive analysis, positioning, and marketing strategy assessments.
