●Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
●Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
●Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
●Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
●Understanding Cost model, prices comparison, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
●Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

●To develop and establish close relationship with potential developers, key accounts as well as special key accounts.
●To set up, implement and monitor sales plan.
●Responsible for all brands equally penetrating to Project according to their scale.
●To coordinate with marketing team in developing and implementing all internal and external promotional activities in order to get more man power.
● To work more aggressively in order to get high converse rate
●To monitor the marketing environment by gathering specific data such as economic, political, construction industry and competitive trends.
●To identify needs and give support for Non key account teams to help them to achieve the target
●To support Project Distributors in enhancing their relationship with Key account, winning more Project for distributors.
●To coordinate, share information with other Key Account in orders to achieve more Project locally, working closely with the opportunity management team to input more Project in pipeline
●Coordinate with brand leaders to propose appropriate products to project as well as its technical support.
● To analyze control and do periodically reports on actual sales turn over, to monitor and control sales target.
●Provide efficiency to the sales team by providing timely proposals and suggesting most suitable products for the project.
●Generate proposals in standard representative formats in order to maintain brand consistency.
●Undertake proposed and specified product related analysis based on the proposal data.
●Generate proposals in consultation with the team
