◆Manage entire warehouse operation from material receiving to product shipping in relation with logistics, purchasing, inspection, production control, and production department.
◆Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, controlling expiration date of materials, and managing stock-take operation.
◆Follow and maintain company procedure to keep and handle materials properly.
◆Prepare report and summarize data of material control status.
◆Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
◆Preparation of master plan to improve efficiency and cost.
◆Supervise and coach material control staff for daily performance.
◆Propose manpower plan and give assignment to each member as physical requirement.
◆Communicate with concerned group or team to solve issue.
◆Kaizen and improvement.
◆Other tasks required from direct manager.
