◆ Respond to inquiries from Japanese contractors in cooperation with Service and Sales departments
◆ Visit a Japanese customer with Japanese manager
◆ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
◆ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
◆ Follow up with Japanese clients to ensure their products are fully functional after troubleshooting and ask if customers need any support or other requests
◆ Manage to domestic delivery process
◆ Responsible to the job of Finance & Accounting, General Affairs, HR and report and propose to General Director.
◆ Has the duty to observe "Chart of Approval Limits".
◆ Has the duty to supervise and operate each department in accordance with the instruction from General Director.
◆ To manage all sections of Planning and Claims related.
◆ To support Management to draft the business plan for short and middle term and goal setting.
◆ To check proceeding budget.
◆ To support Marketing Dept to strengthen the cliental relationship.
◆ To consult Marketing Dept to provide good services and enhance our services.
◆ To create new products and develop new business.
◆ To assign appropriate task for the subordinates.
◆ To train and educate the subordinates.
